Sycamore Hills is an exclusive residential neighborhood nestled around one of the top
golf courses in the United States. They came to us seeking to add a residents section to
their existing site in an effort to make participation in the Homeowners Association easier.
The requirements for the site included an interactive calendar which the residents could
browse by month to view the upcoming events. A Polls Page was created to allow residents to
vote on neighborhood issues without having to attend a meeting. Also added to the site was a Teen
Helpers page. This section allows residents to search for teens offering services such as tutoring, dog
walking and landscaping, among other things. A Traders Post section was implemented so that residents
could post items for sale without holding a garage sale.
All of this is controlled by a back-end Administration section. An assigned administrator for the site
logs into a secure area and can easily make changes to any section. This Administration section leaves
the control of the site to the client and prevents the need for costly maintenance contracts.
We work really hard to make sure that all of our clients have a site that is exactly what they had
